Invariant culture

The invariant culture is culture-insensitive. You can specify the invariant culture by name using an empty string (“”) or by its culture identifier 0x007F.

This means that no reference to the Lang, or Lang=”” means that the Content or Formula is Universal and must be always shown.

By default Language

By default the used language is “en-US”, or “Invariant” when it’s predicted that no translation will be needed.
